About
The arc
8 yearsSource note 1 as a deputy sheriff, working patrol, investigations, and crisis intervention. That is where the operational habits come from: brief before, debrief after, and assume the plan meets something it did not expect.
Then Yunto, independent consulting and a small digital venture studio, where I learned the technical side by having to. Programmatic page generation across 93,000+ pagesSource note 2 was the project that turned marketing work into engineering work, because at that scale nothing is done by hand and every mistake is made a hundred thousand times.
Then in-house: analytics infrastructure at a public biotech, growth through a fintech's Series A to C, and product at consumer data scale. 12 yearsSource note 3 in total, and the through line is building the system that produces the outcome rather than producing the outcome by hand.
How I work
Spec to code, with agents. I write the specification, dispatch the work, then read, review, and debug what comes back. I own the integration and the quality gates, and I hold merge authority rather than delegating it, because reviewing an agent's output is the job and not an overhead on the job.
Verification first. A claim that cannot be checked is a claim I will not make, which is why every figure on this site resolves to an artifact and why the build refuses to publish one that does not.
Blunt feedback, and one clear recommendation. If you ask me what to do, you will get an answer and the reason, not a menu.
